We under take all the work whether it's big or small. If you want £1000 worth of work per month, it would only cost you £2000 (we charge 2 months money).

Payment

We accept payment in cash when we hand over the customer's details. However you can check the list of customers by phoning them or by accompanying our sales team.

Cancellation policy

The cancellation rate is generally very low - less than 5 %.
Any cancellation is replaced with new customers or money will be refunded within 10 days.

Any customer who does not stay with you for a minimum of two cleans is considered as a cancellation. Any customer that stays with you for one clean is considered as half cancellation. If the cancellation is due to poor quality of work or due to poor time keeping we will not accept liability for such cases.
